2. Cancellations

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- In case the doctor is unavailable or the session is rescheduled by us, the patient will be informed and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Consultation cancelled by the doctor or due to unforeseen technical issues on our end.
- Duplicate payment or erroneous transaction.
- Cancellation made by the patient within the allowed cancellation period.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Missed appointments or failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice.
- Consultations already conducted or initiated.
- Requests made after 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
5. Payment Gateway
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store or access your card, UPI, or banking details. Refunds (where applicable) will be initiated via Razorpay and processed as per their standard timelines.

6. Disputes

7. Late or Missing Refunds
